Master life topics with know-how & mental training
Crises, life transitions, and finding happiness—my three main topic areas, and each one is fundamentally different in its approach. But you’ll see: the focus topics that belong to each share the same core and process! For your current topic and all the ones to come: you’ll learn to understand and feel the processes, help yourself mentally in tough times, and pursue your goals successfully. New life competence is waiting for you—with understanding, know-how, and a toolkit of methods and tools for your path!

(Life) Crises
“F***!! What do I do now?”—helplessness, hopelessness, hardly anything but problem thoughts, mixed with fear, anger, and depression, a hole you have to climb out of... And when you’re right in the middle of it, we can quickly become our own worst enemy, make mistakes, and dig ourselves even deeper—until we finally see more clearly again, find ourselves again, and things slowly start looking up. Do you know that feeling?
This process is well researched, and with the right know-how you have the power to help yourself mentally, gain stability, avoid mistakes, significantly shorten the process, get through this tough time well—and process it afterwards, too. You’ll learn quick interventions and state management, process understanding, as well as methods and tools for your way out of the problem. For this crisis and any future one. A fast program for you—because I know it’s urgent!
Crisis focus topics:
Quarterlife crisis, midlife crisis, loss of people, relationships and meaning in life, sports trauma & rehab, exam anxiety, loss, failure, burnout & overwhelm
A word between crisis & life transition:
Crises are often followed by change, but please be aware that these are two different topics, and the strong “away from” and “toward” motives involved interact in highly critical ways. Making decisions about your future life directly out of a crisis carries the risk of seeing the situation with strong bias, overcompensating, or grabbing at the first options that appear out of a need for safety. Sure, the latter could also be great luck in disguise—but please be careful, and talk to people who know you and whose honest outside perspective you trust.
If at all possible: first get to a stable position, then process it, and THEN approach your life transition calmly and thoughtfully!
(Life) Transition
Whether voluntary or involuntary—change is a topic of opportunities and possibilities. Whatever is behind it, that alone is something beautiful! :) The first part of my program is exactly about internalizing that as a pure “toward” feeling, and teaching you how to recognize the path that fits you, prepare for it, make good decisions, set priorities, and get going with confidence and motivation!
In the second part, you’ll learn how to pursue your goals with motivation and in logical steps, use your strengths, drivers, and inner roles, deal positively with setbacks and stumbling blocks, leave your comfort zone, persevere, stay balanced, and walk your path with joy. Look ahead and believe in yourself—an exciting new chapter is waiting for you, and growth with every step!
Change focus topics:
Personal or professional reorientation, change in what fills your life,
change in your social environment, relocation of your center of life

And a word between life transition and the pursuit of happiness:
Here again we have two very different topics, but these two complement each other like hardly any other pair—and I strongly support looking at them together. One path on the outside and one on the inside—a beautiful parallel journey! :)

Life Happiness & Contentment
The most beautiful topic comes last—yet happiness is never at the end of a path you walk, but right in the middle of it, with every step you take! Happiness and contentment—an absolute matter of the heart for me—but is it actually something you can work toward, or is it an inner competence? Yes! A true boundary-crosser among my programs, and a beautiful, illuminating inner journey. :)
No separation into focus areas, but a chapter focus is welcome in this very deep topic. You’ll learn a new understanding of happiness and what you need to be happy, how to distinguish between hedonism and eudaimonia, how to play with dopamine instead of letting it play you, and how to shape a life full of happiness triggers. Look forward to good times—I’m looking forward to you! :)
