Who am I?

My Personal
Story:

I am driven by life, by new experiences and insights, by people, and by understanding how we tick, act, and interact, what influences us, and how we can leverage this to grow consciously. I love to explore the depths of topics, prepare them, and share them with you for your successful journey and a happier society! On equal footing, with integrity and authenticity. Therefore, I am not your therapist, but your coach and knowledge facilitator, and I will tell you openly if I'm not confident about a topic or question, or if a problem has five possible solutions, for which you must make the decision yourself.

How it all began...

I have always been a child of different worlds – jumping between city and country, mountain and plain, between technology, HR, and management, between a life in a suit in the business world and then again traveling with a backpack, searching for remote places, people, and experiences. I feel at home almost everywhere and I love that, but above all, I learned very early on to understand different perspectives and the diversity of human cultures, ways of thinking, and motivations.

My career path actually began in technology. However, at 16, I already started making psychology, communication sciences, and all topics related to self-development a hobby. During my studies, I focused on management sciences and all topics for the benefit of my future teams, with the desire to go into international project management. This led to a surprising offer and my career start as an HR consultant, which I enthusiastically accepted. Where else could I better test and expand my skills and learn from the most diverse challenges between management and employees than as a professional match-maker amidst all my corporate clients and hundreds of interviews and consulting sessions with job seekers? After that, straight into project management, finally arrived! Or so I thought... ;)

My interest in the depths of psychology and life topics still didn't let me rest, and although it made me a good project manager between international clients, our team, and upper management, I lacked the focus on exactly what I increasingly recognized as my calling – opening new doors for my fellow human beings through knowledge transfer and training, and sharing competence for their lives and their path. This is how I want to make my social contribution and delve even deeper into my passion topics than ever before! I resigned and put all my focus on this card and my endeavor. And how grateful I am to be able to live my passion today, and my path has fulfilled me every step of the way and with every 'aha!' moment of my clients! :)
