I clearly distinguish my areas of expertise and activities from the field of psychotherapy and the field of life and social counseling. If you are looking for active counseling/assistance with specific development/processing of your problems and life issues and/or are struggling with mental health problems, these are your primary fields and points of contact. If you are unsure, feel free to talk to me about it. Likewise, should topics arise in our work together for which you need active help, we will discuss that. Depending on the topic, I can also gladly connect you with suitable colleagues from my network, while we pause our training for the time being or continue it alongside. Please never hesitate to bring up the emergence of overwhelming topics.
