Who am I?
A perosonal
About Me:
I’m driven by life, by new experiences and insights, by people, and by understanding how we think, act, and interact – what influences us and how we can use that to our advantage and grow with awareness. I love exploring the depths of these topics, distilling them, and sharing them with you – to help you live a successful life and contribute to a happier society! On equal footing, with integrity and authenticity. I focus on coaching and mentoring – and I’ll tell you openly when I’m still learning about a topic or when a problem offers five possible solutions, inviting you to choose the path that fits you best.
How it all began...
I’ve always been a child of different worlds – jumping between city and countryside, mountains and plains, between technology, HR and management, between a life in a suit in the heart of the business world and then back on the road with a backpack, searching for the most remote places, people and experiences. I feel at home almost anywhere, and I love that, and above all, I developed an understanding of different perspectives and the diversity of human cultures, ways of thinking, and motivations at a very early age.
My career path actually began in the field of engineering. But at age 16, I had already started exploring psychology, communication studies, and all topics related to personal development as a hobby. During my studies, I focused on management sciences and topics that would benefit my future teams, with the goal of pursuing a career in international project management. This led to a surprising offer that I enthusiastically accepted: my career start as an HR consultant. Where else could I better test and develop my skills – and learn from the wide variety of challenges between management and employees – than as a professional matchmaker, working with all my corporate clients and conducting hundreds of interviews and counselling sessions with job seekers? Then, straight into project management – I’d finally made it! Or so I thought... ;)
My fascination with the depths of psychology and life’s big questions kept nudging me, and although that made me a good project manager – navigating between international clients, our team, and upper management – I longed to zoom in on what I increasingly recognised as my calling: opening new doors for others through knowledge-sharing and training, and equipping them with the skills they need for their lives and their journeys. This is how I want to make my contribution to society – while diving even deeper into the topics I’m passionate about than ever before! I quit my job and put all my focus on this path and my vision. And how grateful I am to be able to live my passion today – my journey has filled me with joy every step of the way, with every “aha” moment my clients experience! :)
