Personality research doesn't find a finished, hidden core – what it finds are people who are context-dependent, multi-voiced, and changeable. Your self-image is therefore a map: it can be accurate, it can become outdated, and it can be updated. That's the good news. You don't have to dig anything up; you get to understand.

This competence supports every other. Anyone who knows what guides their decisions, where their patterns lie, and what they truly need, navigates crises, upheavals, and the question of a good life with different tools. It becomes particularly valuable when decisions are pending whose answer isn't found in a pros-and-cons list: when asking if this path is still yours, why the same type of relationship always ends similarly, or what's behind a restlessness that has no identifiable cause.

You will learn…

Self-knowledge here involves four movements: observe, question, examine, update. You will quickly learn the difference between reflection and rumination – the two feel similar but have opposite effects, and those who know the exit criteria no longer lose sleep over loops that clarify nothing.

We work with two sources because one is not enough: You know your inner life better than anyone else – but for some of your traits, especially those involving judgment, others see more clearly than you. Therefore, you train both, the inward gaze and the courage to seek an outside perspective. And you work in the register that suits you: with the most reliable research models as well as with body-oriented and energetic tools – grounding, breath, guided inner journeys. Each tool comes with its mechanism of action.

You'll learn:

To read your self-image as a map – how self-concepts arise, what they control, and where they are systematically inaccurate. Your first explanation for your own behavior is a draft, not a protocol.

To think of yourself in terms of sliders instead of boxes – the most robust personality map works with expressions, not types. You will also learn how to distinguish useful methods from mere entertainment, and experience firsthand why a random test result can feel accurate.

To read body signals and emotions more precisely – perceiving internal signals is trainable, and those who can distinguish between "feeling down" and "disappointed because overlooked" demonstrably regulate better. Plus tools to bring you back when your mind gets louder than helpful.

To distill your values and recognize your needs – from the pool of values to your core values, including the uncomfortable examination of which ones are truly yours and which are just expectations with your name on them. And you will learn to read irritability, procrastination, and endless scrolling as what they often are: substitute actions for an unfulfilled need.

To distinguish what you want from what you just don't want to let go of – one of the most useful questions in self-exploration, and one of the most uncomfortable.

To find your strengths and know their tipping point – true strengths are recognized by ability plus energy. And each has a point where it flips: thoroughness into paralysis, care into control.

To moderate your inner conference – drivers, doubters, protectors: You will recognize who is currently speaking within you, learn to negotiate with your inner critic instead of fighting against it, and change the tone in which you speak to yourself.

To uncover, examine, and correct beliefs through experience – old conclusions that now appear as facts. The most durable way to refute such a statement is through a new experience, not a better argument.

To untangle self-worth, self-confidence, and self-awareness – three words, three different construction sites. Separating them finally allows you to work on the right one, and build a foundation with self-compassion that holds even in defeat.

To ascertain your external perception instead of guessing – putting yourself in someone else's shoes doesn't improve accuracy, but asking directly does. You'll get the question architecture for this and learn to digest feedback without submitting to it: It's information about impact, not a judgment of your worth.

To look into the darkroom, in measured doses – self-deception, motivated perception, and what your most intense reactions might reveal about you. Envy, shame, and guilt carry the most precise messages; you learn to read them instead of suppressing them — with stop rules and at your own pace.

To write your self-image update – all findings from the journey on one page: values, needs, strengths, patterns, external perception. Version 2.0, subject to change and with a date on it.

Who This Program Is For – and Who It’s Not For

For you, if you truly want to know yourself: as a foundation for decisions, for relationships, for the next phase of life. It doesn't require a crisis or upheaval, and you don't need prior knowledge – only the willingness to listen to yourself even when the answer is uncomfortable.

If you then want to move from insight to action, you’ll find the next step in the programm Self-Development: There, what you know about yourself becomes a practice that sustains you throughout the year.

Not for you if you're looking for a ready-made label – a type, a chart, a four-letter diagnosis. Here you get understanding instead of categorization, and that's more work. Also important: self-exploration does not replace diagnosis. Exercises and tests provide self-descriptions, not findings; in case of a clinical suspicion, clarification belongs in professional hands. And if you are currently in the midst of an acute crisis, stabilization comes before exploration – then Crisis & Processing or professional help is the more appropriate first step.

The Next Step

Get to know me – in a free initial consultation. We'll look at where you currently stand, what you're looking for, and whether this program is the right path for you. It might turn out that another program is a better fit; even then, you'll leave the conversation with a clearer answer. No sales pressure, no decision on that day.

Book your Free Initial Consultation

["post-252609","programm","type-programm","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry
